KingsPark IT provides computer repair, onsite IT support, remote help, managed IT, Microsoft 365 support, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer help, virus-removal triage, and data-risk intake for Kingwood and nearby Northeast Houston service areas.

## Residential and home-office service

### Onsite service
- Price: $50/hour
- Minimum: 1 hour
- Service type: In-person home, home-office, and small-office IT help
- Common work: slow computer diagnosis, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer setup, new computer setup, Microsoft 365 help, workstation repair, and basic network support
- Notes: Time is billed by actual work performed after the first hour. Parts are quoted separately when needed.

### Pickup or remote diagnostic
- Price: $25
- Service type: Pickup diagnostic deposit or remote diagnostic intake
- Common work: initial triage for slow computers, boot issues, malware symptoms, data-transfer questions, update failures, and repair-or-replace decisions
- Notes: This is a discounted diagnostic and is not credited toward repair labor.

### Standard bench diagnostic
- Price: $50
- Service type: Drop-off or bench diagnostic
- Common work: hardware checks, storage health review, boot testing, malware symptoms, update failures, data-risk evaluation, and repair estimate
- Notes: Credited toward approved repair work.

### Repair labor
- Price: $50/hour
- Service type: Onsite, remote, or bench repair labor
- Common work: Windows repair, SSD or RAM upgrades, software cleanup, printer repair, Wi-Fi repair, email support, setup, migration, and basic business workstation repair
- Notes: Parts are quoted separately at cost before they are ordered.

## Business and multi-device work

Business support, managed IT, Microsoft 365 work, office network cleanup, cybersecurity checkups, backup readiness, employee onboarding, and multi-device projects are quoted before work starts.

Factors that affect a quote:
- Number of users
- Number of devices
- Microsoft 365 tenant condition
- Backup and recovery needs
- Wi-Fi or network complexity
- Urgency and response expectations
- Vendor coordination requirements

## Service limits

KingsPark IT does not publish fake flat-rate guarantees for unknown hardware problems. A slow computer, failed update, dead PC, malware symptom, or Wi-Fi issue can have more than one cause. Diagnostic work is used to identify the safest repair path before parts or major labor are recommended.
